What counts as a "small edit"?
Text changes, swapping images, updating prices or opening hours, adding a blog post, or minor layout tweaks - generally anything that doesn't require new design or development work.
What if my site is already built by someone else?
No problem - we regularly take over maintenance for sites we didn't originally build, after a short technical audit to understand the setup.
What happens if my site goes down?
Essential and Business plans target next-business-day response; Priority Care includes same-day emergency response, and our monitoring typically alerts us before you even notice an issue.
