Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Mahnoor Ltd ("we", "us"), CRO 761531, registered in Ireland. By engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below; full, project-specific terms are set out in your signed proposal or contract.

Quotes & proposals

All quotes are based on the scope described at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins only once a proposal is agreed and, where applicable, a deposit is received.

Payment

Standard terms are 50% deposit before work begins and the balance on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly retainer services (SEO, social, maintenance, etc.) are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

Revisions & scope changes

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, set out in your proposal. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of custom design and code created specifically for your project transfers to you. Our own pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how remain our property and may be reused across other projects.

Liability

We take reasonable care in all work delivered, but our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
